Confirm a certificate came from this laboratory.
Scanning the QR code on a certificate takes you straight to its record. To check one by hand, enter the certificate number together with the access code printed beside it.
The record is generated from our own data, not from the document in your hand. If the paper and the record disagree, the record is authoritative.
If it does not resolve
A number that opens nothing is itself a result.
Check both fields
The access code is case-insensitive but every character counts. Zero and the letter O are the usual culprits.

Scanning bypasses manual entry entirely and resolves straight to the record.
Then tell us
A certificate number that does not open a record was not issued by this laboratory, or has been altered.
Send a photograph
Include an image of the whole document. We will confirm in writing whether it came from us.
